Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
In accordance with the applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract at any time within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

You may prove the exercise of your right of withdrawal in any form accepted by law, in all cases being considered validly exercised by email to pedidos@thecode.es

This provision does not affect other rights recognised to the consumer by the legislation in force.

Your right to withdraw from the Contract shall apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions as you received them. Please return the item including its original and essential packaging with the label of the product on it. You must also include all instructions, documents and product packaging. No refund will be given if the product has been used beyond opening or if it has been damaged, so please be careful with the products while they are in your possession.

After examining the item we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date you informed us of your intention to withdraw. The return will always be made by the same means of payment that you used to pay for your purchase.

Returns of defective products: In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the Contract, you must contact us immediately, by means of our email pedidos@thecode.es providing the details of the product as well as the damage it suffers and a photograph of it. Complaints of tare or defects will only be admitted within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if the product is returned or replaced (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 15 days from the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

If the product has any tare or defect, you must contact us to send a courier to pick it up. Any amount paid for products returned because of a defect or defect, where it exists, will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. The return will be made by the same means of payment used to pay for the purchase.

The rights recognised by the legislation in force are not affected.
