Therefore, we recommend cleaning it gently with a dry cloth or one slightly dampened with water, without using abrasive products or solvents. Do you offer a warranty? What does it include and for how long?

All our products are covered by a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes issues with seams, zippers, hardware, or finishes that are not due to normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, scuffs, stains, or damage caused by moisture, heat, or improper cleaning. What if I live outside Spain? Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Europe with delivery in 5-7 days, and rates are available upon request. If you reside outside and are interested in a product, write to us and we will send it to you.

Can I track my order during shipping?

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our offices, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier's tracking number. From that link, you can check the shipping status and the estimated delivery date. If you cannot find the email or need help with tracking, write to us at info@thecode.es and we will provide it to you again.

Is it possible to split the payment or pay in installments?

Yes, we offer the possibility to pay for your order in several secure installments through Klarna. You just need to select the deferred payment option at checkout and follow the instructions. The process is fully online and approved instantly, with no additional interest if you meet the payment deadlines.

What is the estimated time for the first free exchange?

You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange. The first exchange is free in mainland Spain and you can easily do it through this link. Once we receive the bag and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will send you the new model or color of your choice.

Can I combine multiple discount codes or promotions?

No, discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with other active promotions. Only one code can be applied per order and it must be entered at the time of payment for it to be applied correctly.

What happens if I lose a small part (clasp, handle, buckle)? Can it be replaced?

If your bag has lost a part or you need to replace a handle or clasp, please write to us. In many cases, we have spare parts and can offer you a customized solution or manage a small repair. We want you to enjoy your bag for many years, so we will do our best to help you.

What materials are your bags made from?

Our bags and accessories are made from cowhide leather from the food industry. Our production is based on the use of natural resources under an ethical and responsible premise.

Where are The Code bags manufactured?

All our production is MADE IN SPAIN, from the cutting of the leather to the finishing touches of each bag, they are made solely and exclusively in Spain.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store, we only have our office in Madrid (Alcobendas).

How long do shipments take?

Our orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days from confirmation and shipped via GLS. Delivery times vary depending on the selected option: standard shipping (3–6 days) is free for orders over €60; 48–72h shipping costs €2.90 for orders over €60, or €3.90 in general for mainland Spain; and 24h express shipping costs €6.90 (valid Monday to Friday for orders placed before 2 PM). Shipments to the Balearic Islands cost €6 with delivery in 48–72h, while shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla cost €9 and take 7–10 days. For orders to Europe, the estimated time is 5–7 days, with rates available upon request.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

Of course, YES! Besides making us very envious, we are thrilled to see our bags being worn by customers in the Islands. Shipping costs are €9 and transit usually takes 7-10 days with CORREOS group.

I have a discount code, but I don't know how to use it.

It's very simple, when you go to finalize the payment, we will give you the option to enter that code and it will be applied directly to your order.

My bag arrived, but it's not what I expected.

Don't worry, that has happened to all of us at some point, but we would like to know the reason and if we can do anything to fix it. Returns have a cost, but the first exchange is free. My bag arrived in bad condition or damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot personally deliver your order and hand it to you with the same care with which we prepared it in the office. Therefore, if you receive it with any damage from transport or defect, you must contact us within 48 hours via email info@thecode.es or at 648021944 so we can open an incident and send you a new bag as soon as possible.
