What are the bags made of?
Our bags and accessories are made of cowhide from the food industry. Our production is based on the use of natural resources under an ethical and responsible premise.
Where do you manufacture?
All our production is MADE IN SPAIN, from the cutting of the skins to the finishing of each bag are made only and exclusively in Spain.
Do you have a physical store?
We don't have a physical store, but our office in Madrid (Alcobendas) also works as a showroom and you can come and see the bags at any time (by appointment) at email@example.com or by whatssap 648021944
I like a bag, but I have doubts or would like to see more pictures.

How long does it take to send?
From the moment we confirm your order, we prepare it and send it out in 1-2 working days. The company we work with is GLS and the transit time is 48/72 hours.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
Of course we do! Besides making us very jealous, we are very excited to see how our bags look to customers in the islands. The shipping costs are 6 euros and the transit time is usually 5-7 days.
I have a discount code, but I don't know how to use it.
It's very simple, when you go to finish the payment, we will give you the option to enter that code and it will be applied directly to your order.
I got my bag, but it's not what I expected.
Don't worry, this has happened to all of us at some point, but the truth is that we would like to know what the reason was and if we can do something to solve it, but anyway, you have all the right to make an exchange or refund and also without any additional cost, since they are free. However, you have a maximum period of 14 days and you must communicate it by email to email@example.com indicating the order number, the model and the reason.
I have received my bag in bad condition or damaged
Unfortunately, we cannot take your order in person and deliver it with the same care that we have prepared it in the office, so if you receive it with any transport damage or tare, you must contact us within 48 hours by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or at 648021944 so that we can open the incident and resend you a new bag as soon as possible.
