THE CODE PLACE SL .is not responsible for any delays or issues once the order has left our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, we will gladly work with the shipping company to assist with any issues.
Address Revisions: If you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every attempt to process the address adjustment on our end, however once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the address at this time. THE CODE PLACE SL is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
International Taxes and Duties:
THE CODE PLACE SL is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales which may occur upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the price of the items or in the shipping fees.
Packages may be delayed due to customs or other external reasons for which THE CODE PLACE SL is not responsible.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Returns are valid for 14 calendar days after delivery. This date will be the one recorded on the delivery documents. The item, form and purchase invoice must be sent to the following address:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging and include all of its accessories and tags. Items not meeting these requirements or that have been worn will not be returned or exchanged. All items will be inspected upon their return. The customer will bear any charges associated with the return or exchange of an item. The Code will not accept any item paid for on delivery. Following confirmation of a defective item or a shipping error, the customer will receive a refund proportional to the amount paid for the shipping and return of the item. The item is the customer’s responsibility until arriving and we therefore recommend using a certified and secure shipping method. Customers should also keep the mail slip until the item is received in our office.
IMPORTANT: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DEAD LINE DATE
If you believe the item(s) that you have received are defective, please contact us o email@example.com in the next 48h after delivery. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the exchange of the defected item for a new piece. In the event that the ítem is no longer available, we will process the refund for the entire order within 2 business days.
